I see at least one of these bumps is around Sugar's nipple, and that she isn't spayed. In unspayed dogs, mammary tumors are common, and these bumps could be mammary tumors. These need to checked out by a vet as soon as possible because 50% of mammary tumors are malignant. I'd take her into a vet tomorrow.

I see that Wezzy is unspayed. In unspayed dogs, mammary tumors are common. Based on the location of the bumps and the fact she is unsprayed, I would suspect mammary tumors. Without seeing her in person, I can't say for certain. There are common conditions vets see frequently, and we can guess pretty well some of these conditions on site from experience. It doesn't mean it's a definitive diagnosis, but an educated guess. You can take her back into the vet to have tests done to confirm if they are tumors or not. Best of luck.
