Why is my 3-month-old puppy limping, weak, and not eating?

My dog is limping, not eating and appears to be weak and really thin. He got an injection today morning. He is not eating bones too. Only 3 months. What could be the problem? Pet's info: Dog | Spitz | Female | spayed | 4 lbs

There can be many causes for these symptoms in a puppy, including some bone growth disorders, nutritional deficiency, distemper virus, intestinal parasites, bacterial or viral infections, among others.
