Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 8 months and 25 days old | 54 lbs
My dog is limping on his back legs and won't eat. No signs of puncture wounds but I'm very worried. It seems to be internal but he's only 2. He's also an obese dog. Please help!

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Loss of appetite can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. He may be weak from his sickness which is causing him to not walk well. I recommend that you have Bear evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for these possibilities and others depending on the findings on exam. Treatment would be based on findings. Good luck and have a great day! Hoping for a speedy recovery!
