Hello, my name is Rio. I have an 8 year old Australian Shepard mix . About 2 weeks ago I found 1 flea on her lower back by her tail.. Had a hot spot rash on her inner thighs But it’s been about 2 weeks and 5 days and it’s much worse now. Extremely worried and feel like helpless need help! She threw up bile yesterday and today.. hasn’t eaten much in 2 days. She has itched all night for a week I live on the beach.. maybe sand fleas I have not found another flea but rash has worsened?

Hi Rio! Fleas live in the environment, not on the dog, so Mila could have fleas even if you aren't finding any on her. I'm concerned about the appearance of her skin and the fact it's getting worse. I would take her into a vet now to get treated. Best of luck.
