Cat scratched my dog's eye, skin torn. What eye care is best?

My cat and dog got into a fight lasted all of 3 seconds but the cat managed to scratch the skin around my dogs eye no bleeding just a piece of skin is torn I’ve put a cold compress on it what eye care can I provide and what drops are best To use if any

The best thing to do would have Kiya examined by a vet to determine if the piece of skin needs to be reattached or if she needs sutures to help with proper healing. Depending on how close the wound is the eyelid, sometimes leaving it to heal on its own can lead to scar tissue formation that may affect her ability to close the eye normally. There aren't any OTC eye drops that will help in this situation. Prescription antibiotics may be indicated based on the vet's exam.
