My puppy has bloody poop but is active and eating. Could it be parvo?

Your veterinarian would need to examine Pickles to diagnose parvovirus infection. There is a simple SNAP test that can be done in the clinic. Given her other symptoms, she may not have parvo. Most dogs will be vomiting, lethargic and not eating. Submit a stool sample to your vet to diagnose intestinal parasites. You can try a 12-24 hour fast followed by a bland diet fed in small, frequent amounts. That may help firm up her stool. Transition slowly to her regular diet afterwards. If she should develop lethargy, vomiting, loss of appetite or fever though, then have her seen by your vet right away.
