My dog parvo? Her poop is soft with fresh red blood color She's totally active and eating. Not even vomiting. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 2 months and 15 days old | 2.6 lbs

Most dogs will be vomiting, lethargic and not eating. Submit a stool sample to your vet to diagnose intestinal parasites. You can try a 12-24 hour fast followed by a bland diet fed in small, frequent amounts. That may help firm up her stool. Transition slowly to her regular diet afterwards. If she should develop lethargy, vomiting, loss of appetite or fever though, then have her seen by your vet right away.
