My dog is vomiting, has bloody stool, and losing weight. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male

Hi. As I mentioned earlier that my dog has been vomiting for the past four days now. It almost happens after he eats but even hours after he still vomits. Now when he poops, his stool is wet and there blood in it too. He also has a runny nose and has lost a huge amount of weight. He’s also not as active as he normally is. I’m a bit worried. I think he might have a worm in his stomach. Maybe giving him a deworming pill might help but I don’t know. Please help

This doesn’t sound like intestinal worms. I would have Spike evaluated by a vet. Possible causes include internal medical illness, GI foreign body or obstruction, pancreatitis, HGE, among others. The vet will do an exam and may recommend blood work and x-rays. The weight loss is likely due to moderate or severe dehydration, so Soike may need IV fluids in addition to other medications.
