My cat is sleeping constantly and won't eat. Should I take her to vet?

Poor Thumper! If she doesn't move around much and doesn't want to eat, these are non-specific signs that could be caused by almost any kind of illness - so it's hard to say what might be wrong without being able to examine her and run some tests. It does sound like something isn't right, so I would recommend taking her to the vet for an exam as soon as you're able to. He/she can do blood work, x-rays, or other testing if needed to help diagnose the problem and see what kind of treatment is needed.
