Why is my dog not eating and her stomach making gurgling noises?

my 8 y/o gsd, hasnt been eating much, i thought it was because of the heat, which has lessened past couple of days, no change in eating habits, and now her stomach is making loud gurgling sounds. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 8 years and 2 months old | 80 lbs

These may be the early signs of a gastrointestinal inflammation/infection and some more signs like vomiting or diarrhoea may follow. Other differentials may include pain in the abdomen or possibly systemic diseases causing high temperature. I would recommend to feed her with a bland diet based on bolied chicken and rice in small portions for the next 48hours and in case of any more gastrointestinal signs have her checked by your local vet.
