My Bella's miserable with an extremely bad rash that now has blisters, she would start to get better then it comes back worse. We have changed her food bedding dishes , bathed her in special shampoo

Hello. It sounds like poor Bella has atopy, a form of inhalant allergies. The only way to deal with this is to use allergy specific medications, or to have Bella allergy tested & started on immunotherapy. Pit Bull Terriers are one of the most common breeds to suffer from allergies, so it is very, very common for veterinarians to deal with this. Atopica, Apoquel & Cytopoint are all excellent choices. Bella may also need to start antibiotics to eliminate any secondary skin infections, but with care & time, she can be made much more comfortable.
