Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 3 years old | 13 lbs
I have a 3 yr old cat that has become more and more scared of things like noise, small changes in routine, being by herself; cranky, hisses for no reason; upset over having her claws trimmed, were able to get 2 paws done at a time, now 2 claws at a time; hates burrito wrapping; almost bitten me then apologized like she knew she did wrong. We've raised her from about a month old. Found outside at about a week old on 4th of july weekend. 3 homes before getting here. Vdt prescribed prozac w/o tests

I recommend you put some Feliway diffusers in your house and do some environmental enrichment for her. Usually these two things help. ( https://www.feliway.com/us/Products/FELIWAY-CLASSIC-Diffuser ) ( thedrakecenter.com/materials/environmental-enrichment-indoor-cats ) I suggest you continue the Prozac (if it is helping) for about a month while these things I mentioned above are implemented. If she seems better you can talk to your vet about trying to wean her off the Prozac. If you wean her off and the behavior escalates again you may have to keep her on Prozac for life. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
