Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 15 years and 6 months old | 40 lbs
Male, 15 year old, Chow Chow mix (possibly with German Shepherd). Dislocated hip as a puppy and attending veteranarian "popped" hip back in place. Dog now has significant hip pain causing difficulties when arising from lying down. He also has deteriorating vision. Otherwise, he is strong and healthy. He currently takes one ounce of LiquiVet Hip and Joint formula daily on his food. What can I do to alleviate his pain?

There are several methods to help pets with arthritis and most pets will do best with a variety of methods: https://www.petcoach.co/article/7-ways-to-manage-your-dogs-arthritis/ I recommend to start an additional joint supplement. I recommend one called Dasuquin. You can also start a therapeutic diet like Royal Canin Mobility Support. An additional omega 3 fatty acid will also help (I'm not sure if that is already in the current supplement Sarge takes). Daily slow walks, daily massage and swimming can also help. Speak with your veterinarian about pain medication. Most of these dogs will need and benefit from actual medication when supplements are not enough. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
