My dog stopped eating, is sad, and has a neck wound. What's wrong?

Hi..this stray dog has stopped eating from the last two days..before it used to eat whatever given...now it doesn't even eat his favourite biscuit...it just lays down and looks sad...I wonder what could be wrong..it was a very playful dog before this...also it has some sort of wound in his neck down,most probably from over scratching to which I applied a spray and it has healed a little now..is his condition now because of this..if not please help...thank you.. Loss of appetite can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. His condition may be from his neck wound though it is not possible to say without being able to see it. I recommend that you have Tomy evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for these possibilities and others depending on the findings on exam.
