Dog hasn't pooped but is eating and active. Is he constipated?

Charlie hasn’t pooped all night or morning. His activity level is great and he seems to be acting quite normal. He is eating and drinking water. Should I be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 6 lbs

If Charlie is acting normally, no vomiting/normal appetite/normal energy/no straining, you can try adding a teaspoon or two of canned pumpkin to his food to increase the fiber which can aide in mild constipation. If however he develops other symptoms a trip to the vet is recommended. Provide him with plenty of water and sometimes a long walk may help move things along!
