Lola sounds very sick. I see she isn't spayed, and she could have a pyometra causing her symptoms. A pyometra is an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment. This cannot be treated at home, she has to see a vet immediately.

Poor Pepper! I see that she isn't spayed. My first concern is that she could have a pyometra. This is an extremely serious infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment. It could also be she has a GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, or a foreign body causing her symptoms. A pyometra is a medical emergency, and because I can't see her in person to rule out one, I very strongly urge you to take her into a vet immediately. If she does have a pyometra, spaying her is part of the recommended treatment. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Best of luck.

Poor Harper! I see that she is not spayed. Unspayed dogs are prone to a life threatening infection of uterus called a pyometra, and vomiting and anorexia is a sign of it. She could also have a foreign body causing her to vomit and be constipated. Her symptoms are serious, and she does need immediate medical attention. You should take her into a vet right away. She will need a shot to stop the vomiting, and IV fluids for hydration. The vet will likely do routine blood tests, a urinalysis, and x-rays to check for a pyometra, foreign body, and other potential causes of her symptoms. She should be taken into a vet now.

Poor Princess! I see that she is unspayed. The vomiting, diarrhea, and not wanting to eat or drink can be symptoms of a pyometra. A pyometra is a life threatening infection of the uterus that requires immediate medical attention. Other causes of her symptoms include a GI illness, pancreatitis, eating something rotten, or a foreign body. Given the risk of her having a pyometra and the severity of her symptoms, Princess needs to see a vet immediately. The vet can do a physical exam, routine blood tests, a urinalysis, or possibly x-rays to diagnose what is causing her symptoms. Once the vet diagnoses the cause, then they can start treatment. If she does have a pyometra, one of the recommended treatments is to spay her. Please take her into a vet now.
