My puppy throws up everything instantly after eating. What's wrong?

Please help me... my puppy throws up everything right after she eats it. Like when swallows instantly throws it up.. Can you please tell me whats wrong with her. She did it today, 2 times. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 4 days old | 4 lbs

Unfortunately, vomiting like that can be from a large number of things. Upset stomach may cause vomiting, in which case a bland meal of boiled chicken and rice may help to settle it. Other issues such as an underlying illness, obstruction, disease, functional problems, etc can also cause vomiting. If Fifi is unable to keep anything down at all, is very lethargic, or is in distress, it is best to seek veterinary care ASAP as puppies can very quickly become dehydrated which requires medical care.
