My dog's nose and skin color is changing. Should I be worried?

Hi Noticed the maltachion we have(neutered about 8m ago, now 3 yo) pigmentation on nose, dorsal and ventral parts of torso have been changing slightly from a pink (not nose)) to a black colour, nose from black to a more brown/hint of pink colour, should we be concerned? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 2 years and 3 months old | 8 lbs
