My cat has seizures and asthma. Could it be Cushing's disease?

Pet's info: Cat | Exotic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 9 years and 11 months old | 14 lbs

Peapumpkin has had two seizures . The second last nigh S breathing issues vet says is asthma. She’s had steroid shots almost since birth . I suspect Cushing ? she’sTwo depo recent. We tried Theo 24 100 mg capsules during first seizure change to aminophilline for four days and second seizure happened I don’t know it’s medicine related or not ?? I think her brain is not getting enough oxygen . She struggles getting air with crackling lungs and I need secondary advice. My heart is broken for her

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Seizures can occur due to many reasons that go from a toxicity, metabolic diseases, inflammatory diseases and even tumors. I highly recommend that you have her evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible for further assessment and treatment. Diagnostics that will be recommended will include bloodwork and advanced imaging such as an MRI. They would also be able to start her on anti-seizure medications to try to avoid the onset of more seizures. Good luck and have a good day! Hoping for a speedy recovery!
