Why did my dog's black lips suddenly turn pink? Is it serious?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 5 months old

Last yr his lips were like this as shown in first photo full jet black and now this year in April it suddenly itself changes to pink as shown in other photo so what is it exactly why suddenly it got change drastically rest ke is active and esting and playing well can I get those lips color back ?

This could be depigmentation. When we see this without any other lesions such as crusting, scaling or ulcers, it is most likely something called vitiligo. With vitiligo there will be a complete absence of pigmentation along the lips and gums and sometimes around the eyes. The tissue will be nice and pink. No redness or ulcers. There is no treatment for it, and dogs with this condition should not be bred. I'd have Bruno seen by a vet to confirm if this is vitiligo or not. Best of luck.
