Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 10 years and 3 months old | 4 lbs
She has started getting these areas on her skin. They don’t bleed or anything. It’s like a scab & can be scratched away & goes away if I put ointment or peroxide on them. She’s in no pain & doesn’t bother her. About a week ago she had 2 small pustules. A while ago I scratched one of the areas & it did have a smell. So maybe yeast? She has been itchy & very overdo for a nail trimming(Friday). She has no problems at all. Playful, good appetite, good bloodwork. Could I try malaseb? & no hair loss

I am sorry to hear about Precious! I would be concerned about a bacterial or yeast infection of the skin, possibly secondary to allergies if this is an ongoing issue. Malaseb may help depending on how deep the infection is in the skin (be sure to leave it on for 10 minutes or according to package directions before rinsing for full effect) but if the underlying cause of the skin condition is not addressed it will likely come back, so I would recommend an exam at Precious' vet to help determine why her skin is having this issue.
