Why are my cats repeatedly sick with vomiting, diarrhea, and fever?

Help me my cats are getting sick one after another the symptoms are diarrhoea vomiting loss of appetite fever and they're being lethargic they got same symptoms a month ago two of them survived and one died but now the survivors are having the same symptoms what could it be? Help me i'm afraid that it is tiphus

Unfortunately all of those symptoms are vague, general symptoms that could be part of a number of things including infections, toxicities, illnesses, etc. It would be best to bring all affected animals to your vet ASAP so they can be examined, treated, and the cause found.
