My dog swallowed a rawhide. Could it cause an intestinal blockage?

Help! My little Pomeranian ate a rawhide bone that was 3 inches long & 1 inch wide! (It was the rolled rawhide from Lucky Premium Treats.) He swallowed it 30 minutes ago and there have been no signs of choking at all, but now I’m worried about a blockage! What can I do?! Can he pass a piece that big? How can I help him pass it?!

Blockage is indeed the main concern, if he ingested it whole it can definitely cause intestinal blockage, if he starts showing signs of vomiting, lack of appetite or lethargy you will need to take him to the vet to have an xray done. this may end up with surgery to have it removed.
