It doesn’t look like a simple rash. It could be a deep skin/follicle infection, autoimmune disease, mites, among a few other things. I would recommend that you have Lulu examined by a vet to see what could be going on. The vet may need to take a skin scraping to see what is the cause, then they can initiate treatment.
