My leopard gecko has a tiny lump on its head. Should I be concerned?

I own a leopard gecko and he has a tiny little lump on the top of his head. It doesn't seem to bother him and it is only a couple of millimeters big. Could it be serious?

Thanks for reaching out about Plato and including a photo. The lump could be an abscess, scar tissue, granuloma, or other. At this point, monitor for size and discomfort. If progresses, a veterinary visit is recommended. Good luck.
