My dog's neuter incision is open, red, and yellow. Is it infected?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 3 years and 5 months old | 71 lbs

my dog got neutered 7 days ago. his incision appears to be open, slightly red and yellow, even possibly clear puss. but i cannot tell if it is infected and opened?

If the incision seems open with discharge you should have your vet take a look - antibiotics might be required. Some scrotal swelling can be normal, but a scrotal hematoma or infection can also develop which might require treatment. You should make sure Max wears an e-collar to prevent licking until you can see the vet.
