My cat's jaw is swollen and limping on his front paw. What's wrong?

My male cat came in this morning and I noticed his left jawl is swollen really bad and he has been limping on his left front pawl off and on. His name is nigro and he's about a year and a half old.

He probably got into a fight or got hit by a car, you should take him to the vet ASAP in order to get him checked properly, if he is suffering from an injury he will need antibiotics and pain killers. i would also consider having him neutered soon, this will prevent future incidents like this one.
