My puppy has diarrhea and vomited after deworming. What should I do?

My 54 days old labrador has diarhea he got his deworming 5 days ago was fine yesterday and today is having loose stools he is playing very activly but is moody when it comes to eat he eats only yogurt and banana he got his 9 in one shots. Also he vomited once when i gave him pedigree . I was previously giving him pedigree he ate it. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Labrador | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 22 days old | 4 lbs

Some nausea and diarrhea can be expected after deworming a pet with intestinal parasites, but it should not cause excessive vomiting or affect their activity level. Make sure that Shiro is still drinking plenty of water. If he is not used to eating yogurt, it can cause diarrhea. I would stick to puppy food (wet puppy food may be more palatable right now).
