Why is my 11 year old weenie dog (male) urinating in the house.

Most commonly this is due to a problem with the urinary tract (prostate, UTI, stones, etc.), but can also be due to incontinence, weakness, metabolic causes (kidneys, high calcium, etc.), or behavioral. The only way to know for sure why he is doing this is to have your vet perform an exam including a rectal. A urinalysis and bloodwork will also likely be recommended as a first steps.
