My dog has strange bleeding red bumps on her snout. What's wrong?

Motley has some strange red bumps on her snout and I was wondering what the problem was. They were bleeding earlier today. Thank you!! Pet's info: Dog | Labradoodle | Female | 14 years and 6 months old | 70 lbs

Hello. I honestly can not really distinguish what you are concerned about on Motley's snout, but I would guess you are seeing warts or perhaps small tumors. This is not necessarily a scary sign, especially given her age. Since I really cannot evaluate her skin thoroughly, just have your vet look at things at your earliest convenience.
