My sick kitten died suddenly after vet treatment. Was it my fault?

Question

my Siamese and her kittens were sick , they started vomiting,diarrhea, loss of appetite,shaking,I took them to the vet,two of them and the mother were really sick but one of them she was fine eating and playing suddenly yesterday she started vomiting and has same symptoms the vet gave her some shots but she wasn't eating and lethargic,this mrnng i took her he gave her a serum he inserted it in her belly sdnly she got paralyzed and died in less then30mnts I keep blaming myself tht itwas my fault

I am so sorry for your loss! That's so heartbreaking to hear. Please don't blame yourself. You did all you could! Whatever was going on was definitely severe enough that it was going to cause her to die, likely no matter what action you took, and getting her in to the vet when you noticed she wasn't eating and was lethargic was the best decision you could have made for her to try to help her.
