My dog's eye looks infected. What can I do at home to help her?

Hi I believe my dog has an infected tear gland she is a 6 year old pug wondering if u can recommend something I can do at home to help her

I can't see Lily's eyes in the picture, but if she has swelling around her eyelids, it is possible that she has a bacterial infection. Eye issues can progress rapidly, so I recommend taking her to a vet as soon as possible. Until that time, try gently applying warm compresses to her eye for 10 minutes a 3 times per day. Also put an e-collar (cone) on to prevent her from scratching at her eyes, as this will dramatically make issues worse. I hope that she feels better soon!
