My dog's ears are red and warm. Is it ear mites? What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 10 months old | 41 lbs

I have just noticed this on my dogs ears they same to be red and warm to touch is this ear mites and whats the best treatment

It looks like Bonnie could have an ear infection. Ear infections in dogs can be caused by ear mites, yeast, or bacteria, so without seeing him in person, I can't say what is causing it. You will need to take him into a vet who can diagnose if he does have an ear infection, what's causing it, and can prescribe correct treatment for it. Best of luck.
