My dog got first shots at 1 year. What vaccines are next and when?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 1 year and 4 months old | 16 lbs

I would like to known if my dog got her first st of shots at 1 years what would be her next set of shot's what age

If she completed her initial vaccines as a puppy, she should just need boosters this year. Those would be her DA2PP (distemper/parvovirus combination), a rabies vaccine and a Bordatella vaccine (if she boards or gets groomed). Lifestyle vaccines include Leptospirosis, Canine flu and Lyme disease. If she got these last year, she needs them boosted. If not, each one is a series of 2 injections spaced 4 weeks apart. Lifestyle vaccines are given based on risk of exposure.
