Why does my dog have a stomach rash and raw, scabby nipples?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 40 lbs

I looked at my dogs stomach today and saw it looked like this. Immediately I was alarmed as I have no idea what could have caused this. Her stomach has a rash and her nipples look raw and scabby. Anyone know what could’ve caused this? I’m planning on taking her to a vet as soon as I can

This could be local infection or inflammation. You would need to have Bella examined by your veterinarian to confirm which and then administer the appropriate treatment. If she is licking at the area, place an e-collar (cone) on her. This may be enough to allow for healing. Keep the area clean and dry. If it doesn't begin to improve in a few days, have her seen by your veterinarian.
