Pet's info: Dog | Yorkipoo | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 6 days old
Hi Good Afternoon, I wanted to get some advice as to what I can do with flea/tick situation. I have a 6 month old puppy he is a mix poodle/yorkie and I have tried the collar, a powder treatment they recommended and even watered my lawn with some like almost pesticide for fleas but somehow my dog keeps getting it back. I feel like I’m out of options here and I would really appreciate if you can advise me as to what to do. Thank you in advance!

Great question! I can give you the flea and tick program that works for me. First, I would give him Capstar. It's a one time pill that starts killing fleas within 30 minutes. Then follow up with a spot on treatment, such as Advantage or Revolution. This is a treatment that has to be used once a month. You will also have to disinfect the environment. Wash his bedding in hot soapy water, and vacuum the furniture and carpet surfaces. You can use a spray to kill fleas in the house, such as Indorex, or a flea bomb would work well to kill the fleas in the home. Best of luck!
