We saw a stray cat lying in the street and we wanted somehow to help him. At the momment vet clinics here are closed. Anyways his symptoms include shortness of breath and is very very weak. Please help! What do we do with first aid... Pet's info: Cat | Thai | Male | 2.9 lbs

You can either travel to a 24 hour emergency vet clinic if possible (and if you are prepared to take financial responsibility) or you could also contact animal control in your area.
