My beagle is vomiting, constipated, and not eating. What could it be?

Hey, this is about a 18 month old beagle. She started having vomiting and constipation 15 days back. Her blood count was clear. Faecal balls on x-ray. This was cleared with an enema. Since then she has gotten 2 more enemas. There was no passage of stool on the last one. She hasn’t eaten in 15 days. Only surviving on DNS. Currently, xray is clear. Wbc count is 27k. We have run out of diagnoses.

This sounds serious. It sounds like a fairly thorough diagnostic workup has been performed, but there might be some other tests like an abdominal ultrasound or even infectious disease testing that might reveal a cause. You may want to ask your vet about referral to an internal medicine specialist if there has not been a definitive diagnosis so far - they see the complicated cases and might have other ideas for diagnostics and treatment. Good luck!
