My dog limps after exercise, but then seems fine. What should I do?

I have a Belgium malinios and after we play fetch or tug he begins to limp alittle so I stop. Then after awhile he starts to walk normal. I began to notice this for about a week. Pet's info: Dog | Belgian Malinois | Male | 9 months and 23 days old | 55 lbs

However, lameness in such a young dog is worrisome. He will likely need x-rays to rule out any congenital joint problems or other bone disease.
