What should I do if my puppy gets a small scratch from a cat?

My puppy got scratched by our cat, he was just trying to play and the cat got scared when he ran up to her and scratched him once above his nose, how should I treat the small scratch, I held a towel washed it with soap and water I didn’t know if there’s more I should do. You can also apply a small amount of neosporin to the scratch. It will likely heal just fine.
