My dog won't eat, has dry nose, and ate plant leaves. What's wrong?

My dog is not eating anything since Yesterday but only drinking some water .He is 8 years old. And his nose is also dry.Today in the morning,i saw him eating some plant leaves. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 7 years and 11 months old | 24.251 lbs
