Why does my puppy vomit and get diarrhea from dog food or meat?

Hi I think i know why my puppy has been vomiting!!! I gave her eggs and held down that I gave her rice and she held down that but as soon as I feed her dog food or meat she’s starts violently vomiting and gets diarrhoea Why is this why cant she eat meat

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This does not necessarily mean that. She may be sensitive to a particular type of meat but I would not say she is likely just sensitive to all kinds of meat. I would recommend you try a different type of meat and see if she tolerates that better. Best of luck!
