My puppy recovered from parvo but isn't gaining weight. Why?

After max recovered from parvo he began to eat a high quality primium food, but he doesnt seems gaining weight. Why? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 3 days old | 33 lbs

Parvo makes a puppy quite sick, and it will take time for Max to gain weight. You don't want him to gain weight too quickly, so keep feeding him the premium food, and hopefully he should start gaining some weight soon.
