Cockatiel can't stand, droopy wings, won't eat. What's wrong?

Hey. My cockatiel is not standing. His feets turned towards back. Has dropping wings. Closed eyes. Unable to stand. He was standing on floor and sleeping for long time. Not eating or drinking. I kept him wrapped in cloth. He is new to my place. Shopkeeper told he is 3 months old.Please let me know what's wrong with him?

Thanks for reaching out about your cockatiel. Sounds as if he/she needs to see a veterinarian immediately. Impossible to give you a diagnosis over the internet, but trauma, toxicity, malnutrition, infections are all possibilities. Good luck.
