My indoor cat’s meow sounds great different- hoarse like. Behaviour hasn’t changed and no changes to diet or environment

Occasionally a cat’s voice can change with an upper respiratory infection or some neurologic diseases, but typically you would see other symptoms as well like sneezing or eye discharge. If he seems completely normal otherwise I wouldn’t be too concerned.
