My parakeet is puffed up, sneezing, and weak. What should I do?

Hi, for the past 2 days my parakeet has been puffed up in a corner, sneezing, has poop hanging from her back feathers, a weakness( today she fell from the low perch in her cage). The only time she really moves around is when she gets food and water that’s it and it’s very rare because she normally crawls outside her cage and walks around. Pet's info: Bird | Parakeet | Female

Thanks for reaching out about Ringo. Sounds as if she is very sick and a veterinary visit is needed, ASAP. Only a veterinarian can help with a diagnostic and treatment plan. Removing perches and placing a soft towel on the bottom, for comfort. A heat lamp is needed to provide support in the 80-85 degree range. Good luck.
