My dog has ear infections. What amoxicillin dose is safe for her?

My dog has a lot of ear problems infection and allergies. I bought 250 amoxicillin today in Mexico because its what my vet in Alabama gives her but i can't remember how much to give her. I'm also giving her zymox otic ear drops. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 11 years and 2 months old | 10 lbs
