My puppy is sick, shaking head, and won't eat. What's wrong?

My puppy is super sad and moppy. She won't leave our side or jump up on anything. It started with a small whining yesterday when we let her in. Now she's shaking her head as if shes trying to get something out and won't eat or drink anything. We our very worried for our baby girl and made her an appointment but that's days from now. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 10 months old

Saddie is experiencing very general symptoms of disease, these symptoms could fit almost any internal condition, maybe she is suffering from nausea due to a gastrointestinal disease and maybe she is in pain, from the symptoms described it's very hard to know. i would recommend taking her to the vet as soon as possible in order to get her checked, if she doesn't show any other obvious symptoms during the examination, a blood test and possibly an ultrasound will be needed in order to try and find out what is wrong with her.
