Is it too late to crop my adult Doberman's ears and dock his tail?

Hi I was wondering if I can crop and dock a dobermans tail and ears when he is an adult and not a puppy like there isn’t a specific age for cropping and docking tails and ears

Yes, there is a specific age and an adult is too old. Ear cropping especially is painful to a dog. If you can find a vet who is willing to do this to Pablo, he would have to be under general anesthesia to have it done. I strongly urge you not to do this, it's not a needed surgery, it's basically plastic surgery for dogs, but you can check with local vets to see if someone will be willing to do it.
