My dog was eating chicken and diced beef took her off this last night got dog food now wont eat. Pet's info: Dog | Cockapoo | Female | 1 year and 3 months old | 26 lbs

She is very cute. She is waiting you out to see if you will relent and feed her the "good stuff". While chicken and diced beef make good treats, neither are a complete and balanced diet. You will need to be firm and patient. Prepare Fudge's meals on a schedule. Dogs thrive on routine. At mealtime, leave her food down for 20-30 minutes before picking it up whether she has eaten or not. Repeat this at the next mealtime. Offer no other foods between meals. She will not starve. She will eat when she is hungry and sees that no other food will be offered.
