My kitten's butt is sore from licking. How can I help him at home?

My female kitten is a butt licker. She LOVES to lick my male kittens butt all the time for hours. I just caught her doing it again, so I moved her away. I checked his butt and now it looks like this. Could this be because of my other kitten? Or is something seriously wrong with him? His private area was also out while she was licking him. I can’t rush to the vet right now so if I can cure him at home, please let me know! Thank you! Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 4 lbs

It looks a little sore. It could be from her licking or she could be licking before of the sore. I don't think you need to rush him to the vet now, but I would try to keep them separated unless you are able to monitor them. If his rear end isn't improving or worsens then I definitely think he needs to see your vet to ensure he doesn't have an infection or something else going on back there. I hope this helps.
